To keep our relationship with you transparent and respectful, we’ve outlined our terms below. Think of these not as restrictions, but as gentle boundaries that protect both the art we create and the joy you receive.

Age & Consent

We believe art belongs to everyone — from curious teenagers to seasoned collectors. By shopping with us, you confirm that you are of legal age to make purchases in your country or that you have the kind consent of a parent/guardian. We welcome young art lovers warmly and encourage them to explore our collections with guidance from family.

Handmade Character

​No two creations are ever identical. Slight variations in shade, texture, or shape are natural features of handcrafted work. These are not flaws, but the very marks of authenticity and artistry that make your piece one-of-a-kind.

Order Confirmation​

Your order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully received. For custom designs, our creative journey with you begins only after we finalize your vision together.

Cancellations​

• Non-Custom Orders: You may cancel within 2 hours of placing your order or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first.

• Custom Orders: Once design discussions have begun, cancellations are no longer possible, as each piece is uniquely made for you.

 

Resale & Exhibitions​

Every item is handcrafted in-house and carries our signature identity. For this reason, we do not allow reselling, wholesaling, or showcasing our work under another name. Exhibitions, when done, are presented solely under the Craftivity_nook brand.

Damages & Concerns​

We put immense care into packaging and dispatching your order. Yet, if something arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please reach out within 24 hours with clear, uncut photos or a video of the unboxing. We will carefully review your case and guide you toward the most thoughtful resolution possible — whether that be advice for minor fixes, or another solution that feels fair. While we cannot guarantee replacements, we promise to handle every concern with honesty and care.

Shipping & Delivery​

Non-custom orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, while custom creations may take 1–12 business days, depending on the complexity and current order volume. If your order is urgent, please share your Order ID and we will do our best to prioritize it. While we carefully coordinate with couriers, delivery timelines may occasionally vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Payment Policy​

We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Wallets for smooth and secure transactions. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. All payments are processed through secure gateways, with complete encryption to protect your financial details. The price shown at checkout is final and inclusive of all charges — no hidden costs.

Intellectual Property​

All designs, images, product concepts, and website content are the intellectual property of Craftivity_nook. Reproducing, reselling, or using our creations for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited. You are free to enjoy and gift the creations, but copyright and ownership remain with us.

Materials & Usage

​Our creations are made with high-quality, eco-friendly materials:

• Resin: Non-toxic and generally food-safe, but not suitable for very hot items.

• Candles: 100% soy and gel wax with natural fragrance oils.

• Beads & Accessories: Carefully sourced natural, high-quality materials.
  Please use all products responsibly according to their intended purpose.

Liability Disclaimer​

While we put immense care into crafting, packaging, and shipping, Craftivity_nook cannot be held liable for misuse, accidents, or damages occurring after delivery. Handmade items may show slight natural variations; these are part of their charm and are not considered defects.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction​

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal. We always encourage amicable resolution first, and you may contact us directly with any concerns.
