Once you’ve shared your details via our customization form or direct contact, we will personally review your request, discuss feasibility, and finalize the design with you.

We then provide a custom quote, and payment and order confirmation occur only after your approval, ensuring your creation is exactly as you envisioned.

4. Timeline & Delivery

Every custom creation is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Shipping typically takes 1–12 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume.

For urgent requests, please share your Order ID and the urgency with your message, and we’ll do our best to prioritize your order.

Each piece is carefully reviewed before leaving our studio to ensure quality, safety, and perfection, so your custom creation arrives exactly as envisioned.

Pricing depends on the complexity, materials, and personalization of each order.

All payments are secure and transparent, processed via trusted gateways, with no hidden charges. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
