No Returns or Refunds: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, preference, or minor variations in color, texture, or finish. These are natural characteristics of handcrafted art and are considered part of its beauty.

In Special Cases

While returns are not generally available, we do want to support our customers in genuine situations:

If you face an issue with your order, you may contact us with a complete 360° unboxing video (from the start of opening the package to holding the product in hand, without cuts or edits).
This helps us fairly review the concern and decide how best we can assist you.
Every case is looked at individually, with care and attention.

Custom & Personalized Orders:

Custom-made or personalized pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are created especially for you.
In rare cases where a genuine concern arises, we may explore possible solutions together, but returns or exchanges are not possible for such items.

Damages During Shipping:

We carefully pack every order to ensure safe delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with the required uncut unboxing video proof.
Please note: courier mishandling is outside our direct control, but we will do our best to guide you on the next steps.
