1. Can I customize my order?

Absolutely! Every creation we make is handcrafted, and customization is at the heart of our brand. You can choose the colors, sizes, designs, and finishes for items such as resin charms, candles, tumblers, jewelry boxes, and hampers. Customization allows you to co-create something truly unique that reflects your style, personality, and special moments — a piece that reflects your personality, taste, and special moments. Simply use our customization form on the product page or contact us directly, and we’ll guide you through the process. If you’d like something custom, please share your Order ID along with the customization details so we can create exactly what you’re envisioning.

2. How long does it take to ship an order?

We believe every handcrafted piece deserves the right balance of time and care — but we also understand the excitement of receiving your order quickly.

  • Non-Custom Orders: These are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days, so you can enjoy your purchase without delay.

  • Custom Orders: Since they’re made specially for you, shipping time depends on the design’s complexity and urgency. Typically, orders are shipped within 1–12 business days.

💡 If your order is time-sensitive (for a gift or special occasion), simply share your Order ID and urgency details with us, and we’ll do our best to prioritize it.

3. How can I place an order?

Ordering from us is simple and seamless:

  1. Browse our collections or explore product categories on our website.

  2. Select a piece you love.

  3. For customization, use the available options or share your Order ID + details directly with us.

  4. Add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout.

  5. Choose your preferred payment method and confirm your order.

That’s it — your handcrafted creation will soon be on its way!

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do 🌍 Our creations travel across borders with the same care as they do locally. International orders typically take 10–15 business days, depending on the destination. Each package is thoughtfully packed to ensure safe delivery.

5. What are the payment options?

We provide secure and convenient payment options for our global customers:

  • Credit & Debit Cards

  • PayPal

  • UPI & Wallets

  • Cash on Delivery (available in select regions)

All transactions are encrypted to protect your personal and financial information.

6. What is your Return & Refund Policy?

Because each creation is handmade and unique, returns and refunds are generally not available for reasons like change of mind, personal preference, or slight variations in color/finish — these are natural and part of the charm of handmade art.

If there’s ever a genuine issue, we’re here to help. Simply share a 360° uncut unboxing video (from opening the package to holding the product) so we can review your concern fairly.

Custom and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable. In rare cases of damage during shipping, please notify us immediately with the required proof, and we’ll guide you with the next steps.

7. Do you sell for resale or exhibitions?

No. Every item at Craftivity_nook is handcrafted in-house for individual customers. We do not supply products for resale, wholesale, or third-party exhibitions, ensuring every piece remains authentic and unique.

✨ We do showcase our creations at exhibitions under our own brand name, where customers can explore and purchase directly. Any attempt by others to resell or display our products is strictly prohibited.

8. How do I care for my handmade items?

Proper care ensures your handcrafted creations remain beautiful for years:

  • Resin Creations: Keep away from direct sunlight, avoid scratches, and clean gently with a soft cloth.

  • Candles: Trim wicks to ¼ inch before lighting, avoid drafts, and never leave unattended.

  • Beaded & Concrete Art: Handle gently and store in a dry, safe place.

  • Jewelry & Accessories: Avoid water, perfumes, and chemicals to maintain shine and durability.

With a little care, your handcrafted pieces will stay beautiful for years to come.

9. Can I contact you for bulk or special orders?

Yes! While we do not sell for resale or exhibitions, we welcome bulk and themed gift orders for personal events like birthdays, weddings, or festive celebrations, or corporate events/giftings.

Reach out to us directly with your ideas — we’ll help you create memorable, one-of-a-kind pieces for your special occasion.

10. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

  • Non-custom orders: Can be canceled within 2 hours of placement or before shipping, whichever is earlier.

  • Custom orders: Once we start working on the design, cancellations are generally not possible, and once the design is finalized, no changes are possible, as every detail is handcrafted with care.

 

11. How can I be sure my custom order will look like the product shown?

Each custom creation is carefully crafted to match your vision. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and make your item truly unique. We communicate every detail during customization to ensure your piece reflects your expectations.

12. Can I combine multiple orders for shipping?

Yes! If you place multiple different orders, please contact us. We may be able to consolidate shipping for convenience and reduced costs, depending on timing and location. If items are ordered together, they will automatically be shipped together. If you'd prefer to have them shipped separately, please contact us; additional charges may apply.

13. Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! We provide elegant gift packaging for most products. You can select gift wrap option at checkout or request special packaging for events.

14. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your parcel every step of the way.

15. Are your materials safe and eco-friendly?

Yes — your safety and the environment are always our priority. 🌿

  • Resin: We use non-toxic, high-quality resin that is even food-safe for light use, though it’s not recommended for very hot food items.

  • Candles: Every candle is crafted from 100% natural soy wax and gel wax — we never use paraffin or harmful blends. Each one is infused with natural, candle-safe fragrance oils for a clean and soothing burn.

  • Concrete: Our concrete art pieces are made using eco-friendly, non-toxic materials, making them safe for your home.

  • Beads & Accessories: Only natural, premium-quality beads and durable components are used, ensuring both beauty and longevity.

  • Other Materials: Every supply we use is carefully sourced for quality, safety, and sustainability.

16. Can I request a completely new design from scratch?

Absolutely! Share your ideas, inspiration, or sketches with us, and we’ll work together to create a fully custom design, from concept to finished piece, tailored just for you.

17. Do you offer corporate or event gifts?

Yes! For weddings, corporate events, or special celebrations, we create themed gift sets. Contact us with your requirements.
