• Handmade Character: Slight variations in color, shape, or finish are natural and should be embraced as part of the charm of artisanal work.

• Order Confirmation: Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment. For custom creations, work begins once all details are finalized.

• Cancellations (Non-Custom Orders): Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase or before they are shipped, whichever comes first. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

• Cancellations (Custom Orders): Due to the personalized nature of custom pieces, cancellations are not accepted once the design discussion has started.

• Usage Rights: All creations are intended for personal use or gifting only. Exhibiting or reselling under other names is not permitted. All exhibitions and showcases remain proudly under the Craftivity_nook brand.

These terms are in place to keep the experience fair, transparent, and respectful to both customer and creator.

• Accepted Methods: We currently accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Wallets, PayPal, and Bank Transfers.

• No Cash on Delivery (COD): To maintain a reliable and streamlined process, we do not offer COD as a payment option.
